INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Peel back self adhesive covering and place sticky side down in areas of shoe which need additional cushioning. Discontinue use if discomfort or irritation occurs. If irritation persists, seek medical advice. Do not use in contact with broken or irritated skin.

‍DIRECTIONS:
Place in your shoe for protection from rubbing. Peel protective film off mini cushions. Apply to shoe where needed, reposition if necessary. Take care when removing, pull slowly and gently out of the shoe, applying pressure to the shoe material next to the spot with the other hand.
